Camille Pissarro
Pissarro is the only painter to show in all eight Impressionist exhibitions, and the teacher-friend of Cézanne, Gauguin, and later the Neo-impressionists.
He paints peasants and boulevards with the same patience. If Monet is water, Pissarro is weather over work.
