Tatlin’s unbuilt Monument to the Third International — a spiral tower of iron, glass, and rotating halls — is Constructivism’s most famous almost-building.

His counter-reliefs take painting off the wall and into real space. The Hub’s Constructivism room was only Rodchenko; the conversation needs this other pole.
